BeSkilled America collects only the information needed to answer an enquiry, protect public forms, and understand a small set of non-sensitive site interactions.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not run advertising pixels or session replay.
Form success appears only after a configured destination confirms delivery.
Analytics events cannot contain names, email addresses, or message text.
When a public form is enabled, BeSkilled America collects only the fields shown in that form. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, organization, role, enquiry topic, program reference, and message.
Newsletter registration collects an email address and consent. Newsletter registration remains disabled until a real delivery destination and approved consent flow are configured.
Information submitted through a contact or partnership form is used to respond to the enquiry and route it to the appropriate BeSkilled America team member. It is not added to a marketing list unless you separately choose a newsletter registration.
A submission is forwarded only to the configured form destination needed to deliver it. If no destination is configured, the form is disabled and the site does not pretend that a message was delivered.
Public form routes validate payloads on the server, limit payload size, use a honeypot field, and apply a short fixed-window rate limit.
For rate limiting, the application converts the request source address into a short in-memory hash key. The address itself is not stored or logged by the application, and the temporary key expires with the rate-limit window.
The current production analytics adapter is a safe no-op unless an approved destination is configured. The permitted events cover actions such as selecting an audience pathway, viewing a program, changing a program filter, or starting a partnership enquiry.
Permitted event metadata is limited to items such as route, program ID, audience slug, campaign ID, and call-to-action ID. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, and free-form messages are blocked from analytics payloads.
This application does not install advertising pixels or session-replay software. Fonts are self-hosted. Any future analytics, newsletter, form-delivery, or embedded-media service must be documented here before it is enabled.
